摘　　要：以培两优210,湘晚籼10号和威优644为材料,于孕穗期分别喷施0.1 mg/kg的脱落酸,100 mg/kg的诱抗剂,100 mg/kg复配硝酚钠,并以喷施清水作为对照,研究不同抗寒药剂对水稻结实率的影响.结果表明:3种药剂均能显著提高水稻受低温胁迫后的光合速率、叶片叶色值、改善过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性,最终显著提高水稻结实率和产量.但3种药剂处理对上述生理指标的影响存在一定差别.脱落酸和诱抗剂处理能有效稳定地提高水稻低温胁迫时的抗性,抗寒效果最佳.复配硝酚钠处理能在短期内对水稻的各项生理指标有一定的影响,但后效较短.Three cultivars （Peiliangyou210, Xiangwanxian10 and Weiyou644） were grown in a field experiment to investigate the different effect among three kinds of medication（0.1 mg/kg of ABA, 100 mg/kg of Youkangji and 100 mg/kg of sodium nitro complex）on seed-setting when they were used by clipping method. The results indicated that the all medication can improve each physiological index distinctly when rice is intimidated by low temperature. For example photosynthesis speed, SPAD, the activity of CAT, SOD and POD were improved, and finally the influence increased the seed-setting percentage and yield finally. But there are some differences in the three kinds of medication. Compared with sodium nitro complex, ABA and Youkangji have more availability and stabilization.
