摘  要:为探明棉花温敏雄性不育材料的异交特性和最佳杂交授粉时间,以特棉S-1为材料,研究其在不同的日期进行杂交授粉的异交特性和所配制的杂交组合间的品比试验.结果表明:在特棉S-1不育期间,不同日期的授粉成铃率无明显的差异.经对不同的时间点(8:00,9:00,10:00,11:00)授粉的脱落情况调查及试验统计表明,不同时间点的授粉成铃率差异达显著水平,以10:00的授粉成铃率最高,11:00次之,8:00,9:00的授粉成铃率最差,说明温敏雄性不育材料特棉S-1的授粉时间以10:00至11:00时最佳.利用特棉S-1为母本配制了7个杂交组合,在杂交组合的品比试验中以农杂310,313的表现最佳.The outcrossing characteristics of pollination in different time and cultivars test of hybridization combinations had been studied by using Temian S-1 as material. The purpose was to study the outcrossing characteristics and best time for pollinating of Temian S-1. Results obtained were as follows: There is no obvious difference of setting ratio among different date during the sterile period; based on the investigation of the setting ratio at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, the statistics and analysis show that differences among the four different time reach marked level. The setting ratio is highest at 10 am, then 11 am, lowest at 8 am and 9 am. So, it can be concluded that the best time for pollinating is from 10 to 11 am. Seven hybridization combinations had been made by using Temian S-1 as material. Nongza310 and 313 were two better cultivars during the cultivars test of hybridization, combinations.
