摘  要:介绍了采用膜集成技术(超滤、反渗透、离子交换等)对含胶体、重金属(Cu2+)工业废水进行循环回用处理的某示范工程,经处理后水中Cu2+的浓度由140.1mg/L下降到1.58mg/L,明胶含量由1.25mg/L下降到0.025mg/L,电导率达到5.9μS/cm,出水水质达到了生产工艺用水要求;所产生的浓缩水经铜回收浓缩系统(RO)浓缩后进入萃取系统,回收电解铜,实现了废水处理的闭路循环。4年多的运行结果证明,采用该集成工艺可使含铜工业废水循环回用,可回收电解铜100t/a以上,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。Introduction was given to the use of membrane integration technology (uhrafihration, reverse osmosis, and ion-exchange, etc. ) for treatment of industrial wastewater with colloid and heavy metal (Cu^2+ ) content for recycling and reuse purposes in a demonstrative project. In the treated effluent, the concentration of Cu^2+ was reduced from 140. 1 mg/L to 1.58 mg/L, gelatin content reduced from 1.25 mg/L to 0. 025 mg/L, and conductivity was 5.9 μS/cm ; and the effluent quality reached requirement for production water. The concentrated water entered into the extraction system through copper concentration system (RO) for copper recovery, so that the closed recirculation was achieved for wastewater. The operation for more than 4 years demonstrates that the integration process can make the copper-bearing industrial wastewater recycled and reused, with recovery of electrolysis copper over 100 t/a. It has favorable economic and social benefits.
