摘　　要：基于企业性能评价指标之间的依存关系的分析,建立了企业性能评价指标体系的网络结构,并采用网络分析方法ANP进行了企业性能的综合评价,通过应用实例验证了该方法的有效性。On the basis of the analysis of dependence among enterprise performance metrics, the network structure of enterprise performance metrics is constructed. Then, using the theory of network analytic method, the synthetic evaluation of enterprise performance is carried out. Finally, the application of this theory in an actual evaluation issue is provided as a case which proves the theory＇s efficiency.
