摘　　要：ComGIS(ComponentsGeographicInformationSystem)借助其强大的空间数据管理功能和图形显示功能为林草业信息化的发展提供各种辅助决策。该文介绍了ComGIS的特征,设计了林草业智能规划系统的功能模块,并就系统开发过程中的主要技术进行了探讨。ComGIS provides varieties of assistant decisions with its powerful functions in spatial data management and graphics display for the development of forestation and grass. This paper introduces the features of ComGIS, designs the architecture and functions of intelligent planning system of forestation and Grass and explores the main technologies.
