摘 要:通过对10根CFRP-钢复合圆管内填混凝土轴压短柱和用于对比的5根圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力的试验研究,初步探讨CFRP-钢复合圆管内填混凝土轴压短柱的受力性能以及CFRP对圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力的提高效果。分析了钢管约束指标和CFRP筒约束指标等对CFRP-钢复合圆管内填混凝土轴压短柱承载力的影响。研究结果表明:在本次试验的参数范围内,外包CFRP可以有效提高圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱的承载力;CFRP对圆钢管混凝土轴压短柱承载力的提高率近似随着CFRP筒约束指标的增加而线性增加;在其它条件相同的情况下,钢管约束指标越大,承载力提高率越小;承载力提高率随着约束指标比的增加而增加;如果粘结良好,在破坏前,CFRP筒和钢管可以保持协同工作。The mechanical properties and the increment ratio of load bearing capacity of the concentrically compressed concrete filled circular steel tubular stub columns due to CFRP am studied. The tested specimens include 10 concentrically compressed concrete filled circular steel composite tubular stub columns with CFRP and 5 without CFRP. Influences of the steel tube confinement index and the CFRP tube confinement index on the load bearing capacity of the concentrically compressed concrete filled circular CFRP-steel composite tubular stub columns am analyzed. It is found: within the scope of the test, CFRP would enhance the load bearing capacity of the concentrically compressed concrete filled circular tubular stub columns effectively; the increment ratio of load bearing capacity due to CFRP increases nearly linearly with the increment of CFRP tube confinement index; when other parameters fixed the larger the steel tube confinement index, the smaller the increment ratio of load bearing capacity; the increment ratio of load bearing capacity increases with the increment of the confinement index ratio; good adhesion would ensure the steel tube and the CFRP tube work together before failure.
