摘 要:为使水泥石具有一定的韧性和稳定的力学性能,减小井下作业对水泥环的损坏,延长油气井生产寿命,测试分析了纤维水泥石抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度、胶结强度、弹性模量、断裂韧性和抗冲击功参数,结果表明:水泥石的抗折强度和抗压强度,随着w(纤维掺量)和纤维长度的增大而逐渐增大,而当w(纤维掺量)和纤维长度增大到一定程度后,水泥石的抗折强度和抗压强度又有所下降;w(纤维掺量)为2.0%,纤维长度为3~6mm,A级原浆水泥石的强度、断裂韧性和抗冲击功通常较小,加入纤维后可以较大幅度地提高其强度、断裂韧性和抗冲击功。纤维具有高强度和高模量,它承受的载荷比水泥石基体要大;纤维的存在可抑制水泥石裂纹的生成和发展,使裂纹扩展形成宏观破坏所需的能量增大;纤维能减小水泥石体积收缩;纤维在水泥石中能形成致密的网状结构,它与水泥之间的黏结产生机械咬合作用,提高了水泥石的宏观强度和韧性。In order to enhance the strength and toughness of the hardened cement,reduce the cement mantle damage caused by down-hole operations and prolong the endurance of oil or gas wells,the parameters,compressive strength,rupture strength,tensile strength,cementation strength,modulus of elasticity,fracture toughness and shock resistant were tested and analyzed.Result show that the rupture strength and compressive strength increase with the increase of the amount and the length of the fiber additive.However,the values of the two parameters will decrease after the amount and length increase to some extent.The optimum amount is 2.0% and the best lengths of fiber are 3~6 mm.The strength,fracture toughness and shock resistant of the hardened cement from class A pure slurry are small,but these values increase largely with the addition of fiber to the slurry.Fiber has high strength and high modulus,it can bear higher load than the cement matrix can.The existence of fiber in the slurry can prohibit the formation and development of the fissure in the hardened cement.So,it needs more energy for the fissure to expand into macroscopic breakdown.Fiber can reduce the volumetric contraction of the hardened cement,also form dense network structure,which interlocks mechanically with the cement,improving the macroscopic strength and toughness of the hardened cement.
