摘　　要：阐述了基于数据库的Web信息发布系统设计与实现的关键技术.系统以数据库为中间媒介,将C/S与B/S结合,采用窗口应用程序-数据库-Web发布程序的体系结构.Web页的修改对维护人员完全透明,只需进行Windows本地操作,Web页会随之改变.系统的设计和实现解决了文本信息的智能分段,Web页参数传递与数据共享,服务器的远程管理等问题.In this paper,we introduce the key technology of the design and implementation of the system,which issues information in web form but based on database.It takes database as the medium and combines C/S with B/S mode,which means an architecture constituted by Windows Application-Database-Web issuance program.To maintainers,the procedure of developing web programs is shielded. They only do operations on windows,but the web forms change in accordance with the alternation.During designing and implementing the system,we solved the following problems: Paragraphing the text information automatically,conveying parameters from one form to another and sharing data,operating the server remotely,etc.
