摘　　要：讨论了公司价值的评估方法与模型,并着重讨论了这些方法与模型的综合应用,给出了评价公司价值的详细的、可操作的步骤,并对其中最困难之处-公司的资本结构权重的评估,给出了一种迭代算法.The methods and models of evaluating company value are discussed, and the synthesizing application of these methods and the models are emphatically discussed. A detailed, operable approach to evaluate a company value is given, and an iterative arithmetic to settle the most difficulty evaluating the company capital structure ratio is shown.
