摘  要:通过辉光光谱仪预溅射参数和积分时间等因素对钢中微量元素砷、铅、锑、锡辉光光谱行为的影响试验,建立了辉光放电发射光谱法同时测定钢中砷、铅、锑、锡的方法.测定范围分别为:w(As)=0.004 5%~0.008 7%,w(Pb)=0.000 2%~0.13%,w(Sb)=0.001 1%~0.072%,w(Sn)=0.003 1%~0.079%.该方法的精密度和准确度令人满意,对质量分数为0.003%~0.015%砷、铅、锑、锡的测定(n=9),RSD<2%,测定结果与认定值十分吻合.The influence of glow discharge parameters,such as time of presputter and integrating on the intensity stability of four elements in steel as well as the spectral behavior of the four elements in glow discharge were tested. Then a method for simultaneous determination of As, Pb, Sb and Sn in steel was established. The determination ranges are 0. 004 5 % - 0. 087 % for As, 0. 000 2 % - 0.13 % for Pb, 0.001 1% - 0. 072 % for Sb and 0. 003 1% - 0.079 % for Sn. Both accuracy and precision of this method are satisfactory. For determining 0. 003 % - 0. 015 % of As, Pb, Sb and Sn ( n = 9) , RSDs are less than 2 %. The determination results are agreement with the certified.
