摘 要:推导出在掺杂摩尔分数为5%氧化镁的铌酸锂晶体中,非寻常光的温度依赖折射率公式.结果表明,室温条件下,当泵浦波长为1.064μm时,在周期极化掺杂氧化镁的铌酸锂晶体中,产生4.0μm波长所需要的光栅周期要比周期极化纯铌酸锂的小.当泵浦能量为220μJ时,光学参量谐振腔中信号光1.45μm处最大转换效率可达1.46%.实验证明,晶体的光栅周期和光学谐振腔的阈值泵浦能量分别与其相应的理论值基本吻合.The temperature-dependent refractive index for the extraordinary wave in the 5 mol.% magnesium oxidedoped lithium niobate was derived. It is shown that the grating period of the periodically poled magnesium oxidedoped lithium niobate, for the 4.0μm generation at both the pump wavelength of 1. 064μm and room temperature, is shorter than that of the periodically poled lithium niobate. In addition, the maximum conversion efficiency at 1.45μm in the optical parametric oscillation can approach 1.46% for 220 μJ of pump. And the grating period of the crystal and the threshold pump energy of the optical parametric oscillation in this experiment are nearly consistent with the corresponding theoretical value, respectively.
