摘 要:普通的合金钢焊接时,一般规定环境温度在5℃以下不允许焊接施工,这给春、秋季施工带来很大的不 便。为了适当降低环境温度要求,加快春、秋季施工进度,以X65管线钢为例进行了焊接性分析,确定其预热温度, 通过合理的接头设计,恰当的焊接工艺参数,来控制焊接热输入,确保焊接接头性能;并在环境温度为-7℃,环境 湿度为47%RH下进行焊接试验,依据API 1104标准和管线焊接技术规格书对所制定的焊接工艺进行评定,焊接接 头的质量优良。应用此工艺施工的焊接接头具有较高的质量。The ordinary alloy steel can't be welded under 5℃, which is inconvenient to construct in spring and fall. In this paper, the welding procedure of X65 was studied to determine preheat temperature. The joint was designed and welding process parameters were made to control heat input during welding. Welding experiments were performed when environment temperature was - 7 ℃ and humidity was 47 % RH. According to API 1104 standard and the technique standard book for the pipeline welding, welding process made was evaluated, which showed welded joint was good.
