摘 要:针对网络化制造环境下制造服务的集成需要,提出了基于语义的制造服务匹配、合成及运行框架。该框架关注网络化制造过程的建模、运行、监控和改进等问题,指出服务的匹配与合成算法是网络化制造服务集成运行框架的关键问题。给出了制造服务的形式化定义,基于语义信息,从功能、输入输出参数及服务质量等方面综合考虑,建立了完整的匹配算法框架。通过建立服务合成的最短路径模型解决服务合成的优化问题。给出了服务匹配与合成算法的应用示例,并提出了进一步的研究方向。In order to integrate various services in networked manufacturing environment, a semantic-based framework to support the matching, composition and operation of manufacturing services was proposed. This framework concentrated on the modeling, operation, monitoring and improvement of networked manufacturing processes. And it was pointed out that the semantic-based service matching and composition algorithm was the key technology in implementation of this framework. A formal definition of manufacturing service was provided, and an integrated service matching algorithm framework was built based on semantics, considering the service functionality, input/output parameters and Quality of Service (QoS). The service composition algorithm optimized the service composition by converting the problem to the shortest path problem. And an example was given to illustrate the application of the proposed algorithm. Finally, the future research trend was also discussed.
