摘 要:阐述了虚拟装配的内涵。从可装配性设计原则、可装配性分析评价和装配过程仿真3个方面,建立了面向产品全生命周期的虚拟装配技术体系结构,并分析了该体系结构的虚拟性、并行性、集成性和协同性的特点。对虚拟装配模型、虚拟可装配性分析与评价、虚拟装配工艺规划及虚拟装配系统规划等虚拟装配关键技术进行了研究,并初步构建了面向产品全生命周期的虚拟装配环境。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Virtual Assembly (VA), the definition and connotation of VA was brought forward. A Product Lifecycle-Oriented Virtual Assembly Technology Architecture (PLO-VATA ) was set up from viewpoints of Principles of Assembly Design, Assembly Analysis & Evaluation, and Assembly Process Simulation, etc. The characteristics as immersion, concurrence, integration and collaboration of PLO-VATA were analyzed. Furthermore, the key techniques of VA including virtual assembly model, virtual assembly analysis & evaluation, virtual assembly process planning and virtual assembly system planning were studied deeply. Finally, a lifecycle-oriented virtual assembly environment was constructed to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
