摘　　要：本文是《浅谈翻转式切割机的设计与制造》的姊妹篇，文章重点提出切割机的性能，不仅决定于设计与制造过程，同时安装也具有决定性的影响，特别谈到了切割机整机预装和试运转的作用，为加气混凝土切割机生产企业提高和保证产品质量提出了建设性建议。This article is the companion volume of the Discuss the design and manufacture of turning cutting machine. The article put forward that the performance is decided not only by design and manufacture but also by the installation. The affection of pre-installation and test run is pointed out especially. The advices that how to improve and guarantee products quality are given for AAC cutting machine manufactory.
