摘  要:用水热法合成了晶粒大小在3~12μm 的 ZSM-5分子筛,并考察了晶化温度、晶化时间、模板剂品种和用量等因素对分子筛结晶度和晶粒大小的影响。结果表明,以四丙基氢氧化铵为模板剂或双模板剂如正丙胺-四丙基氢氧化铵、二乙醇胺-四丙基氢氧化铵、乙二胺-四丙基氢氧化铵,尤其是正丙胺-四丙基氢氧化铵为双模板剂,其摩尔比范围为32.2:(1.66~10.11),晶化温度160℃,晶化时间92 h 条件下,合成的 ZSM-5分子筛结晶度高,粒度分布均匀,粒径尺寸6~8μm,热稳定性好,经800℃高温焙烧3 h,相对结晶度仍达98.53%,实验重复性好。ZSM - 5 zeolites with different crystal sizes ranged from 3 to 12 μm were synthesized using hydrothermal method under different reaction conditions. The effects of crystallization temperature, crystallization time, and kinds and amount of templates on the crystallinity and crystal sizes were examined. The results showed that ZSM - 5 zoolites synthesized at crystallizing temperature of 160℃ for 92 h of crystallizing time in the presence of tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide as template or n - propyl amine - tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide, diethanolamine - tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide, ethylene diamine - tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide, especially n - propyl amine - tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide as two templates [ (molar ratio of n - propyl amine to tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide 32.2:( 1.66 - 10.11 ))] had high crystallinity, uniform particle size distribution( particle size of 6-8 μm), good thermal stability (98.53% of relative crystallinity under 800℃ calcinations), and good repeatability.
