尿囊素的合成及其表征

摘　　要：以乙醛酸和尿素为原料,有机酸(如甲酸、乙二酸、有机磺酸等)、无机酸(如盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、醋酸等中的一种或两种)作催化剂合成了尿囊素产品。实验考察了催化剂品种、原料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在有机酸/无机酸为催化剂,原料乙醛酸与尿素摩尔比1:4,反应温度75℃,反应时间3 h 合成条件下,尿囊素产品收率为68%,纯度大于99.0%,水分含量为0.05%。Allantoin was synthesized from glyoxylic and urea as raw materials using organic acid such as formic acid, oxalic acid and organic sulfonic, and one or two of organic acids such as hydrchloric acid, sulfuric acid and acetic acid catalyst. The effects of catalyst kinds, molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield of product were examined and the result showed that the yield of allantoin was 68 % with the purity of allantoin more than 99.0 % and the moisture content oxylic acid to urea 1：4,reaction time of 3 h synthesis.
