摘 要:目的:研究建立胸腰段活动节段三维有限元的模型.方法:选取一具正常人体T10~S1节段标本为研究对象,通过CT扫描获取脊柱的二维图像,然后进行三维重建,转化为有限元几何模型.通过有限元方法,将脊柱几何模型网格化转变为T10~L3活动节段有限元模型,然后应用ANSYS6.0软件对模型在轴向载荷状态下进行应力分析.结果:建立T10~L3活动节段的有限元模型,并分析了轴向载荷下T12~L1节段不同组成部分的应力分布.结论:为胸腰段活动节段三维有限元模型的建立提供了一种简便、精确的方法,为分析和研究该模型在各种情况下的生物力学表现创造了条件.Objective:To study the reconstruction of the finite element model of thoracolumbar motion segment. Methods: T10 - S1 motion segments of a spine specimen with normal-structure was scanned by CT. The threedimensional structure of the specimen was built by CT images from the specimen and was transferred into three dimensional finite element model of T10 - L3 motion segments by finite element method. The stress distribution of the model was analysed by ANSYS6.0 software under axial compressive loading. Results: The three dimensional finite element model of T10-L3 motion segments was developed and the stress distribution of T12-L1 motion segment was analysed by under axial compressive loading. Conclusion: The way to establish the three dimensional finite element model of thoracolumbar motion segment is exact and simple. It is possible to analyse and research the biomechanical behavior of thoracolumbar motion segment in various cases.
