摘  要:中国和印度都是世界上经济增长最快的国家,但两国间的贸易无论从总量上还是从地区分布上都有极大的发展空间。目前我国已具备开拓印度市场的诸多条件,明确如何开拓印度市场,以及在这一过程中应注意的问题对我国企业来讲意义重大。Both China and India are emerging as two developing economies with most impressive growth rate and have continued their advantages of attracting increasing international investment. But there is a huge space to be expanded as far as their bilateral trade is concerned, by both trade volume and the structure of transactions. The paper concludes that Chinese business as a whole has begun to be physically able to solidify their presence in India's domestic market. Several major requirements and precautions for any promising access are also under serious investigation.
