摘　　要：要做好高校思想政治工作,必须建立良好的师生关系,抓住学生职业规划与就业指导的关键,不断开展多形式多层次的校园文化活动,并辅之以必要的批评教育手段,抓住学生的心,以理服人,以情感人,以心育人,工作中不断健全组织机构和完善管理制度,使学生在正确的管理和规范下,防患于未然,在大学校园里学好专业,学会做人,养成良好的行为习惯,才能为日后走向社会,服务社会打下坚实的基础。To do the ideological and political work well we must establish good relationship between teacher and student, give them help and advice on job-hunting, hold different activities on the campus, criticize them by reason, inspire them by emotion, educate them by heart. We must establish organizations and perfect manage- ment system and make students study well, know how to conduct themselves in society, and develop good behavior and habits. In this way can they serve the society well in the future.
