老年人胰管自然变化规律的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人胰管随增龄而出现的变化规律及其超声表现特点.方法回顾性总结分析了608例老年人胰管的超声声像图特点,并利用超声随访10年以上,按年龄分为老年前期组、老年组、长寿组,总结各组的超声特点及发展变化规律,并进行统计学分析.结果老年前期组胰管的超声显示率为45.9 %,老年组胰管的超声显示率为59.9 %,长寿组胰管的超声显示率为66.1 %(P＜0.01).本组老年人胰管的内径多在2～4 mm,平均增长比率为(0.09±0.03)mm/年(P＜0.01).结论随着年龄的增长,胰管的超声显示率增高,且胰管有缓慢增宽的趋势.Objective To study the regularity of occurrence and development of pancreatic duct in the elderly. Methods The pancreatic duct images in ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed in the 608 elderly cases during ten years follow up to find the regularity of its development. All of cases were divided into presenile group, elderly group and longevity group by age. Results The detecting rates of pancreatic duct in presenile group were 45.9 %, 59.9 %, 66.1% in presenile group, elderly group and in longevity group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The basal diameter of pancreatic duct in the elderly was 2 - 4 mm and the enlarging diameter was 0.09 ＋ 0.03 mm/year in average（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The pancreatic duct in the elderly is slowly enlarged and its detecting rate by ultrasound is progressively increasing with aging.
