摘　　要：目的探讨老年住院患者医院感染的临床特点。方法采用前瞻性与回顾性的调查方法,对2018例老年住院患者的临床资料进行分析。结果241例发生医院感染,感染率为11.9%,相结合医院感染病死率12.4%。下呼吸道感染占首位,其次为泌尿道、胃肠道感染。结论老年患者易发生医院感染,应采取有效措施,切实降低其发病率。Objective To investigate the clinical feature of nosocomial infections in elderly in-patients. Methods Prospective and retrospective analysis methods were used to analyse the data came from 2018 hospitalized cases. Results Among all patients,241 cases were diagnosed nosocomial infection,the prevalence rate was 11.9%. Mortality rate was 15. 8%. The main infection positions were low respiratory tract, and followed by urinary tract and gastric intestinal tract. Conclusions The nosocomial infection is a common complication in elderly in-patients. It is imperative to make some effort to reduce the morlidity of the nosocomial infections in elderly in-patients.
