普乐林与丹参治疗急性脑梗塞疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较普乐林与丹参治疗急性脑梗塞疗效。方法:60例急性脑梗塞病人随机分为两组,30例用普乐林(含葛根素300mg)治疗;另外30例用丹参注射液16ml治疗,每日一次,疗程均为20天,于治疗前后作神经功能及临床疗效进行评价。结果:普乐林组与丹参组临床疗效的有效率分别为93.3%和80%,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:普乐林治疗急性脑梗塞疗效优于丹参注射液。Objective To compare the treatment with Pulelin and Danshen in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases were treated with Pulelin（content of Gegensu, 300mg）and Danshen （16ml）in another 30 cases. All patients were treated once a day for 20 days. Clinical effect and neural function were tested before and after treatment. Results The rate of treatment with Pulelin and Danshen is 93.3% and 80.0% respectively. Conclusion It shows that Pulelin can provide better treatments and clinical results than Danshen.
