使用两种不同润滑剂插置胃管的比较

摘　　要：目的:评价生理盐水作为插置胃管润滑剂的效果。方法:将110例需插置胃管的患者随机分为试验组(处理组)和对照组,试验组使用生理盐水作为润滑剂,对照组使用传统的液体石蜡作为润滑剂,比较两组一次插管成功率、所需时间及不良反应发生率。结果:生理盐水润滑组插管成功率高、所需时间短、不良反应发生率低P<0.05)。结论:应用生理盐水代替液体石蜡作为插置胃管润滑剂是简单、可行、更佳。Objective To evaluate the effect of normal saline as the lubricant of inserting gastric drainage tube. Methods 110 patients who needed inserting gastric drainage tube were randomly divided into two groups：the trial group using normal saline as the lubricant and the control group using paraffine as the lubricant. And to compare the two groups with once-succeeding rate,the spending time and incidence of side effect. Results The once-succeeding rate,the spending time and incidence of side effect of trial group is higher,less and lower than that of control group respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using normal saline instead of paraffine as the lubricant of inserting gastric drainage tube is easy, feasible and better.
