摘  要:乳化炸药一般具有良好的抗冻性能,温度在-30℃的情况下能稳定传爆,但在立井冻结砾石层段爆破施工中,却出现了大量的盲炮,根据现场分析和试验结果,产生盲炮的原因是炮孔中的水结冰,体积增大,压力升,使炸药密度增大,超过其稳定爆轰的临界密度,根据产生拒爆的原因,采取了克服拒爆的措施,取得了良好的爆破效果。Emulsification Detonator has a good ability of antifreeze, it can stably deliver blasting when the temperature is -30℃. But in the blasting of freezing gravel stratum shaft, there are many misfires. According to the field analysis and experimental results, the reasons of this are that water is frozen in the hole, and volume becomes bigger, and pressures becomes more, as a result, it may make the density of explosive exceed to critical density of stable detonation. According to these reasons, measures to overcome anti - explosion have been carried out, and have already gained good blasting effect.
