摘　　要：设计了一种用于钢绳生产的自动停车装置，使用它操作者能及时发现故障，立即处理，当出现崩头、撸股时钢绳机的有效停车率达９５％以上。A kind of automatic stop arrangement for wire rope production has been designed. Operator can find out breakdown promptly and handle immediately with it. When joint collapse and stripped strand appear,wire rope twisting frame's effective stop rate can reach more than 95 %.
