摘  要:为预测倾斜管道颗粒完全滑移的摩阻损失,在已有水平管道滑动床研究的基础上,以滑动床在管道中的受力为出发点,采用力的平衡方法,推导出了倾斜管道颗粒完全滑移摩阻损失计算模型。该模型在考虑倾斜管道滑动床的受力情况的同时,对滑动床的压力分布、平均浓度作了一定程度近似估计,并且忽略了滑动床颗粒间隙中的水与管壁之间的剪切力。经验证,采用该计算模型得到的摩阻损失与D.T.Y.Kao和L.Y.Hwang实验的实测摩阻损失相差不大,相对误差小于16%,具有一定的应用价值。Aimed at solving the difficulty of forecasting friction loss of solids flowing under fully sliding in inclined pipe,the paper introduces the deduction of friction loss model of solids under fully sliding in upward-inclined pipeline, based on the research of professor Fei xiangjun about solids flowing under fully sliding in horizontal pipe, directed at the forces acting on sliding bed, and using method of equilibrium of forces. The model considers the forces acting on sliding bed in inclined pipe, shows approximate estimates of the pressure distribution and average concentration, and ignores shear stress between water lying in the clearance of solids and pipe wall in sliding bed. The test proves the small differences between the results derived from of the calculation model and experimental data of D.T.Y Kao and L.Y.Hwang and the model gives the relative error of less than 16% and offers more practical Value.
