摘  要:目的研究柴胡止血液影响安放IUD后大鼠性周期内子宫组织内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)动态变化的规律,进一步明确ET和NO在IUD出血副反应中的作用,为临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。方法建立人工性周期的动物模型,并用阴道涂片的方法测定其阴道上皮细胞角化率,用ELISA法测定大鼠子宫组织血清雌激素、孕激素水平以对其作出评价。观测安放Cu-IUD大鼠在人工性周期的不同时相,子宫组织ET-1、NO含量的动态变化以及柴胡止血液对其产生的影响。结果创建人工性周期大鼠模型与正常组比较,雌、孕激素水平无明显差异。安放IUD后,ET-1在周期前期有所升高,而在后期有所降低。柴胡止血液能通过调节平衡作用来对抗安放IUD引起的变化。而安放IUD后整个周期NO的含量均增高,柴胡止血液能降低NO的分泌。结论创建大鼠人工性周期模型成功,安放IUD后,对大鼠子宫组织ET-1、NO的动态变化产生了影响,而柴胡止血液能对抗安放IUD所造成的影响。Objective:To seek for the dynamic regular patterns of endothelin(ET) and nitrogen monoxidum(NO), after Chai - hu hemostatic affused in the rats whose uterus were located by IUD ( intrauterine device), finding clearer mechanism of IUD side - effects in order to provide better ideas for clinical treatment. Method: Make an investigation after developing rats IUD models, and establishing manual estrous - cycle rats models and testing keratinocyte ratio of vagina epithelia, and detemaining estrogen and progesterone of rats' uterus organism blood serum; testing dynamic movement of ET- 1, NO of Cu - IUD rats' uterus organism in manual estrous - cycle and Chaihu hemostatic effects. Results: Comparing manual estrous - cycle Rats Models to Normal Models, there were not obvious differences in the level of estrogen and progesterone. After located IUD in rats' uterus, ET- 1 raised in the early cycle , but it lowed in the later cycle; After the IUD was located, NO in the whole of the cycle raised much than normal, so that, Chaihu hemostatic could low NO exudation. Conclusion: Established manua/estrous - cycle rots models were effected; After we located IUD in rats' uterus, IUD made effects in the dynamic movements of ET- 1,NO of rats' uterus organism, however, Chaihu hemostatic could confront side- effects from the IUD.
