柑桔溃疡病病菌的分离探讨

摘　　要：对柑桔溃疡病病菌的分离进行了探讨.结果表明:从新叶新病斑上更容易分离到柑桔溃疡病病原物,只要用70%酒精消毒7～10 s后就可以培养皿分离,得到柑桔溃疡病病菌.The study was on the xanthomonas campestins separatiom. This tentative shows：It is easier to separate the pathogen from the fresh leaves than from the eider ones. only after the 70% alcohol disinfected, we can abtain the pathogen of Xanthomonas Campestris.
