摘　　要：WebServices作为一种面向服务的体系架构,其突出优点是实现了真正意义上的平台独立性和语言独立性。基于此可以构件一种完全分布的工作流模型,以满足现代企业信息管理分布性、自治性和异构性的要求。并讨论了具体实现中的相关问题。Web Services is a new type SOA, whose main merits are in the person of platform-independency and language-independency. On this basis, bring forward a new distributed workflow model to meet the distribution, autonomy and heterogeneity of modern enterprise＇s information management, and provide solutions of relevant issues in realizing.
