摘　　要：通过文献资料法,实地及问卷调查对河南省城市居民参与全民健身活动的现状展开了深入细致的调查和了解,目的在于对河南省城市居民参与全民健身活动的情况进行认真分析,提出相应的对策,为今后更好地开展全民健身活动提供有益的参考。Pass the cultural heritage data method, on-the-spot and questionnaire resident to Henan provincial capital city participation whole people improve the health movable present situation investigation and the analysis that to be in progress thoroughly careful , has put forward the corresponding stratagem , for from now on better the open-minded whole people improve the health movablely to provide profitable help
