摘 要:基于pH=3.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,一定量KI存在下Fe()催化KBrO3氧化季胺[4,4′-(二甲氨基)-二苯基甲烷]显色的反应,拟定了测定痕量铁的新方法。该法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,选择性好,测定铁的线性范围为0.5—20μg/L,检出限为0.15μg/L,用于测定水样中痕量铁,结果满意;并对反应的机理进行了探讨。A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of iron( Ⅲ ) has been proposed. It is based on the iron ( Ⅲ ) catalysed coloring reaction of tetrabase[4,4′-bis(dimethylamino)diphenylmethane] oxidized by potassium bromate in the presence of potassium iodide in HAc-NaAc(pH=3.5)medium. The linear range of determination of iron is 0.5-20μg/L, the detection limit is 0.15μg/mL. The method is simple ,rapid,sensitive and with good selectivity. It has been used for the determination of trace amounts of iron ( Ⅲ ) in water samples with satisfactory results. The mechanism of the reaction is discussed in detail.
