摘 要:随着铝厂等企业生产规模的扩展,相应炭素企业也得到迅速发展,其排放的沥青烟污染日趋严重,大力研究开发能广泛应用的沥青烟污染控制技术已迫在眉睫。介绍了国内外铝电解用炭素阳极焙烧炉沥青烟的净化处理研究现状,详细评述了现有沥青烟气的治理技术及存在的问题,提出为解决沥青烟治理中亟需解决的关键问题,可从量子理论出发研究其粘附机理,分析沥青烟粘结性能与沥青烟相分布、成分组成之间的关系,研制改善沥青烟粘性的特效添加剂,可达到高效净化沥青烟的目的,并可推动电解铝及相关行业的可持续发展。With the development of aluminum industry, carbon industry also develops quickly. Conscquenfly the pollution of asphalt fume emitting from the production of prebakod anode becomes more and more serious; it's time to investigate and develop new techniques to control that. In this paper, study .status of this technology at home and broad is intreduced, including control technology and the existed problems. In ordet to solving the key problems in asphalt fume treatment, viscidity mechanism of asphalt fume can be studied from the viewpoint of quantum theory, analyzing the relationship among the viscidity, composition and phase distribution, developing high efficient additives for the improvement of viscidity of asphalt fume, reaching the aim of purification and promoting the sustainable development of aluminum electrolysis and the relevant industries.
