摘 要:富氧密闭鼓风炉加转炉炼铜烟气采用二转二吸制酸工艺,可解决一转一吸制酸存在的转化率低、尾气不能达标、需配套尾气吸收工序、制酸成本高等问题,但富氧炼铜烟气具有烟气量及SO2、CO浓度波动幅度大等特点,给二转二吸的顺利实现带来了困难。文章对富氧炼铜烟气采用二转二吸制酸工艺的可行性及若干技术问题作了探讨,提出了相应的对策。The double transformation and double absorption technology for acid making with gas from oxygen enrichment copper smelting in closed blast furnace and converter is adopted, a lot of problems arising in the acid making using one transformation and one absorption way are solved, such as the low transformation rate, tail gas which can not reach standards and need corresponding procedures absorbing, and high cost etc. The technology of double transformation and double absorption is not easy to achieve, because there are problems such as high amount of gas and high fluctuation rate for the density of sulfur dioxide (SO2) and carbon monoxide (CO) in the gas from oxygen enrichment copper smelting. In this paper, the feasibility of the technology and some problems in it are discussed and some corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
