摘　　要：针对传统灰带段法模型在求带辐射全交换面积时不考虑发射源温度的不足，提出了一种灰带模型与段法结合的新方法．新灰带段法模型的机理更接近于射线跟踪．用两种灰带段法模型计算了简单加热炉中加热物料吸收的净辐射热流随炉壁黑度的变化，并将计算结果与较成熟的灰气体加权和模型（ＷＳＧＧＭ）进行比较。A new technique for gray band model combined with zone method is proposed in this paper to overcome the imperfection of the traditional gray band zone method,in which the radiative source temperature is ignored. The new gray band zone method is close to the tracing of radiative rays. Results from the traditional gray band zone method and the new one are different,and comparison with the results of the weighted sum of gray gases model (WSGGM) shows that the new method is correct.
