摘　　要：当前企业财务部门中,由于财务人员分工不同而各司其职,致使出现工作量不均的情况.为此本文从可拓学的角度,结合财务部门员工的岗位特点和素质要求,建立了财务人员的动态物元模型以及基于该模型的动态重组,并举例说明了其应用.实践表明,应用该模型对企业财务部门员工进行动态配置从而提高财务部门的办事效率等具有一定的实用价值.Presently, with the coming of network generation, colleges and universities （CU） and enterprises have obtained developing opportunities and challenges. Usually, there exists such situation, i.e., some staffs are very busy while others have nothing to do. Therefore, according to CU＇s post characters and quality demands, their dynamic extenics model is set up. Then, this model and its dynamic re-engineering are illustrated. Practice shows that, this model is useful for deploying dynamically CU＇ s staff and promoting efficiency of financial branch and so forth.
