外源细胞分裂素对紫花苜蓿生长及品质的影响

摘　　要：用不同浓度植物细胞分裂素对营养生长期的紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa进行喷洒处理,研究了植物细胞分裂素对紫花苜蓿的生长及品质的影响。试验结果表明:喷洒植物细胞分裂素能明显提高紫花苜蓿叶绿素、粗蛋白和粗纤维的含量。300倍浓度对提高紫花苜蓿叶绿素含量和营养成分比较适宜;400倍浓度喷施3次比喷洒2次的产量提高3.5%,400倍浓度喷洒2次经济效益最高。This artcile is concerned with the effect of plant hormone CTK sprayed in different concentration on the yield and quality of Medicago sativa. The result indicated that spraying CTK can significantly increase the contents of chlorophyll,CP and CF, 300 dilution was suitable for improving chlorophyll and nutrients. For 400 dilution,spraying 3 times increased yield 3.5% comparing with spraying 2 times. But for 400 dilution,spraying 2 times produced the best benefit.
