摘　　要：论述了创新在图书馆发展中的重要性,着重阐述了图书馆如何进行技术创新、管理创新和服务创新,以及这3项创新对建设现代图书馆的重要作用。This paper discusses on the importance of the innovation in the development of the library, emphatically expounds how the library to make technical innovation, the managerial innovation and the service innovation, and points out the important functions of the three innovations for the construction of the modern library.
