摘　　要：规范的办证工作可以有效避免一人多证、读者信息缺失等问题,对于图书馆文献资料完整性和读者权益的维护都起着重要的作用。结合具体实例,总结了高校图书馆办证的实践经验以供同行参考。The normalized transaction of the library card, which can effectively avoid the problems such as the several cards for one person, and the shortage of the readers information, etc., plays an important role in guaranteeing the completeness of library＇s literature materials and protecting the rights and interests of the readers. Connecting with the concrete examples, this paper sums up the practical experiences of transacting the library card for reference of the persons of the same trade.
