摘　　要：分析了知识型组织产生的背景及基本特征,对构建面向知识服务的知识型组织的结构与文化进行了探讨。This paper analyzes the background of the initiation of the knowledge-type organization and its basic characters, and discusses on constructing the structure and culture of the knowledge-type organization facing the knowledge service.
