摘  要:为改善金银丝保护层涂料的工艺,在涂料中添加了1种环氧交联助剂。通过正交试验对比了原涂料和现涂料的各项性能指标(耐酸碱蒸煮、耐有机溶剂、耐磨擦和有无柔韧性等)。采用电子扫描仪观察了涂层的表面结构。最后得出添加环氧交联助剂涂料的各项性能要好于前者而且使涂布工艺由原来的180℃×30 s降低到160℃×20 s。In this paper, an epoxy cross - linking assistant agent was added in the coating to improve the protective coatings on the metallic yarn. A comparative investigation was done to assess all the performance indexes of the coatings, and the surface structure of the coating was also studied by using scanning electron micrographs (SEM). The experimental results showed that the addition of epoxy cross - linking assistant agent made the coating temperature and operation time decrease from 180℃ × 30 s to 160 ℃ × 20 s, and the coating had a better quality.
