摘  要:食药兼用菌姬松茸的孢子为椭圆形,6.5μm×5μm,菌丝有锁状联合,宽5~6μm。菌丝生长适温22~23℃,pH6.5~7.5,湿度以料水比1:2.4为宜。适宜碳源为葡萄糖,较好氮源为玉米粉、(NH_4)_2SO_4、麸皮。子实体生长发育适温18~21℃,空气相对湿度85%~95%。Agaricus biazei Murvill is a kind of edible and medicinal fungus. Investigations on its biological characteristics showed that its spores were ellipsoidal, 6.5×5.0μm in size with clamp connection in growing mycelium of 5-6μm in width. The appropriate conditions for the growth of mycelium were 22-23℃, pH 6.5-7.5, with a humidity rate of culture medium: water=1:2.4. Its optimal carbon source was glucose. While corn meal, (NH4)2SO4 and wheat bran were its optimal nitrogen sources. The optimal temperature for the development of its fruitbody was 18-21℃ and the optimal air relative humidity was 85% -95%.
