摘　　要：中亚在美国全球霸权战略中占有突出地位,美国力图通过"民主改造"向中亚渗透,进而谋求在该地区的主导权,非政府组织是美国"民主改造"中亚的主要工具,伺机导演"颜色革命"则是主要方式。美国对中亚的"民主改造"给该地区带来了一系列严重危害,受到了有关国家的一致抵制,美国一厢情愿与充满私心杂念的中亚"民主改造"战略将难以为继。Central Asia occupies a prominent place in America's global hegemonic strategy.The U. S.is now trying to penetrate the region through a'democratic transformation'strategy,so as to establish its dominance there.NGOs of vari- ous kinds are its tools,while conducting'color revolution'is its chief means.The'Democrat- ic Transformation'strategy of the U.S.,con- fronted with concerted resistance from countries concerned,has already caused a series of dam- age to the region.But such a strategy of evil in- tention is hard to succeed.(P26)
