移民迁建与历史文化名镇环境特色保护——以龚滩古镇迁建为例

摘　　要：三峡水库建设使我们不得不对一些历史文化名镇采取搬迁保护的办法。要实现搬迁城镇的可持续发展,必须首先保护城市的环境特色。文章以龚滩为例,介绍了环境特色三要素,它包括了自然环境特色、人工环境特色、人文环境特色。这三个要素涉及到了古镇保护的各个方面,在古镇的迁建中应当一一对照,落实保护措施。We must adopt the way of move to strengthen protection because of the construction of the Three Gorges Reservoir. The sustainable development of the town to be moved needs protecting environmental characteristic. By example of Gongtan, this paper introduced the three factors of environmental characteristic： natural, got-up and humanism environmental characteristic. These factors involve each aspect of historical and cultural towns＇ protection and should be put to use in relocation of ancient town.
