维 A 酸治疗伴色素沉着的脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的：探讨维胺酯胶囊口服合并0． 025%维 A 酸霜外用治疗伴色素沉着的脂溢性皮炎患者的临床疗效及安全性，并对不同剂 量的维胺脂胶囊口服其临床疗效进行了比较。方法：117例伴色素沉着脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为A、B 和 C 3组。A、B 两组为治疗组， 口服维胺酯胶囊并外用0． 025%维 A 酸霜治疗，同时口服杞菊地黄丸、VitC；但在治疗1个月后，A 组口服维胺酯胶囊剂量减少，B 组 维持原剂量不变。C 组为对照组，仅口服杞菊地黄丸、VitC 等一般药物治疗，3个月为1个疗程，评价各组临床疗效和安全性，组间比 较采用卡方检验。结果：A 组与 B 组临床疗效均优于 C 组(P＜0． 05) ；A 组与 B 组间疗效无显著差异(P＞0． 05) ；两组维 A 酸治疗组 局部出现紧崩感及潮热感，能耐受。117例患者均未出现全身不良反应。结论：维胺酯胶囊口服合并0． 025%维 A 酸霜外用治疗伴异 常色素沉着的脂溢性皮炎患者疗效肯定，耐受性好。Purpose： To investigate the efficacy and safety of viaminati capsule in combination with retinoic acid cream 0. 025% on seborrheic dermatitis accompanied by chromatosis. Methods： 117 patients were randomized into 3 groups 47 patients in low-dosage group,40 pa- tients in high-dosage group and 30 patients in control group. Therapeutic evaluation visits were performed after using study drugs. Results： Reponders in both treatment group were higher than in control（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between low-dosage grout and high-dosage group（P 〉 0. 05）. During the study no drugrelated adverse event was observed and local adverse effect was tolerable. Conclusions： Viaminati capsule combinated with retinoic acid cream 0. 025% could improve the pigmentation in seborrheic dermatitis,and it： adverse effect was light, it possessed satisfactory clinic effect and safety.
