摘  要:目的:根据不同种类的煤烟对人体淋巴细胞DNA损伤程度的不同,研究煤烟对人体健康的潜隐性影响。方法:为期18个月的人群干预试验。以使用普通原煤为生活燃料的农村家庭妇女作为试验对象,其中一组妇女改用固硫型煤为试验组,另1组妇女仍然使用普通原煤为对照组。选择彗星试验检测实验对象外周血淋巴细胞的DNA损伤程度。分别于试验前、实验12月和18月时测定1次。结果:试验组的彗星细胞率〔COMET(%)〕降低,对照组变化差异无统计学意义。结论:用固硫型煤代替普通原煤作为生活燃料,可降低淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度,对维护人们的身体健康,具有积极的作用。Objective: On the basis of different coal fume having different influence on DNA damage to people lymphocgte, to research hidden influence by coal fume to people health. Methods: People intervention experiment lasted 18 months. Countryside housewomen who used coal as their cooking fuel were chosen as study objects. Women in one group who still use raw coal as control group and women in the other group who used briquette as experiment group. Comet assay was made to test the DNA damage degree of people lymphocytes. Three measurments were made before experiment, 12 months and 18 months later in the experiment. Resuits: During experiment period, COMET ( % ) lowered in experiment group and no significant change in control group. Conclusion: Using briquette as cooking fuel could reduce DNA damage of lymphocytes. It is positive to maintain people's health.
