石斑鱼综合征的研究Ⅱ．血清生化测定

摘　　要：本文对石斑鱼正常肝型和异常肝型、正常鱼和异常鱼进行了比肝重、比脂重、粗脂肪、总脂质、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶、脂蛋白的测定。结果发现正常肝型与异常肝型在粗脂肪含量和乳酸脱氢酶区带１百分数（ＬＤＨ＿１％）、乳酸脱氢酶区带２百分数（ＬＤＨ＿２％）差异性显著，正常鱼与异常鱼在比肝重、乳酸脱氢酶总光密度、乳酸脱氢酶区带１（ＬＤＨ＿１）和乳酸脱氢酶区带２（ＬＤＨ＿２）光密度、脂蛋白总光密度、α－脂蛋白和前β－脂蛋白光密度差异性显著，可作为石斑鱼综合征鉴别诊断的参考。The determination of liver-body weight ratio,lipod-body weight ratio,con-tents of liver lipid(crude fat)(LL),serum total lipids(TSL),serum triglyceride(STG),serum total cholesterol(TSC),activities of GPT and GOT in serum,serum LDH isoenzyme,serum lipoprotein(SLP)between the normal and abnormal liver patterns and between the nor-mal fish and abnormal fish in Grouper's Syndrome have been rnade in this paper.The findings reveal that the contents of liver lipid, LDH_1% and LDH_2% have notable dif-ferences between the normal and the abnormal liver patterns,and have notable differences be-tween the normal and the abnormal fish in the liver-body weight ratio%,total light densityof LDHI,light density of LDHI1,and LDHI_2,total light density of lipoprotein,light densityof α-andβ-lipoprotein.The above differences can be used as a reference of diagnosis in theGrouper's Syndrome.
