摘  要:以新疆辣椒主栽品种“四平头”(带毒率较高)为试材,切取无菌苗生长点,以MS为基本培养基,在其上分别添加6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)、细胞激动素(KT)、赤霉素(GA3)和萘乙酸(NAA)、苯乙酸(PAA)以及吲哚丁酸(IBA)等生长调节剂进行培养。经筛选80余种不同激素水平的培养基,其中以MS+BA8+IAA0.05~1.0较适宜茎尖的培养,MS+KT0.2+GA30.5~5或MS+ZT8+GA32~3较适宜芽的伸长。将伸长1cm以上的芽转入MS+IBA2或MS无激素的培养基上利于根的生长,生根后移入土壤即可长成正常植株。成苗脱毒率达100%。Segments dissected from the apex of germfree seedling of Xinjiang chilli, which is a staple cultivar named 'Sipingtou' in Xinjiang and also was detected that the rate of virus carried on their seeds was relatively high, were cultured on the basal medium of MS, supplemented with 6-BA, IAA, ZT, KT, GA 3, NAA, IBA and PAA etc. Over eighty kinds of culture medium with varying in growth regulator level were experimented. The results showed that MS+BA8+IAA 0.05 ̄1.0 was favourable for shoot tip culture. MS+KT 0.2+GA 3 0.5 ̄5 & MS+ZT8+GA 3 2 ̄3 were favourable for shoot elongation. MS+IBA 2 & MS were favourable for root growth. The rate of virusfree chilli produced by tissue culture in the study was 100%.
