大蒜贮藏期间萌芽控制研究  

Study on Controlling Garlic Sprouting During Storage

摘　　要：研究结果表明，大蒜采前１周或２周喷施０．５％失水苹果酰肼，可有效控制大蒜贮藏期萌芽；采后用２０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ失水苹果酰肼浸泡大蒜２ｍｉｎ，萌芽率比对照下降６１％；３５℃贮藏大蒜，萌芽时间显著推迟；８月１４日以前采用不同剂量６０Ｃｏ射线处理改良蒜。Treating garlic through different ways before or after harvest, the conclusion showed: spraying 0.5% MH on the garlic plants one or two weeks before harvest can well control garlic sprouting during storage; when garlic is put into 2 000 mg/kg MH solution for two minutes after harvest,the sprouting rate decreased by 61%. Storing the garlic on 35℃ temperature, time of sprouting is put off very more; 60 Co irradiation on garlic with different dose before Aug. 14 can prevent garlic from post harvest sprouting.
