Study on Controlling Garlic Sprouting During Storage

摘  要:研究结果表明,大蒜采前1周或2周喷施0.5%失水苹果酰肼,可有效控制大蒜贮藏期萌芽;采后用2000mg/kg失水苹果酰肼浸泡大蒜2min,萌芽率比对照下降61%;35℃贮藏大蒜,萌芽时间显著推迟;8月14日以前采用不同剂量60Co射线处理改良蒜。Treating garlic through different ways before or after harvest, the conclusion showed: spraying 0.5% MH on the garlic plants one or two weeks before harvest can well control garlic sprouting during storage; when garlic is put into 2 000 mg/kg MH solution for two minutes after harvest,the sprouting rate decreased by 61%. Storing the garlic on 35℃ temperature, time of sprouting is put off very more; 60 Co irradiation on garlic with different dose before Aug. 14 can prevent garlic from post harvest sprouting.
