摘 要:本试验以4个基本稳定的新种质材料(033、065、118和143)为母本,生产上常用的4个优良自交系(478、515、8112和1029)为父本,采用不完全双列杂交,对16个组合F1的8个重要农艺性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明,所有性状雌、雄两亲的一般配合力和雌亲×雄亲的特殊配合力间都达到显著或极显著差异。根据一般配合力效应和特殊配合力方差,分析了各参试亲本的遗传特点及在杂种优势育种上的利用价值。Four new stable germplasm(033, 065 , 118 and 143) as maternal plants and four good self-breds(478, 515,8112 and 1029) which were normaly used in current maize cultivation as paternal plant were used in the experiment. 16 F1 hybrids derived from partial diallel cross were studied for the combining ability of 8 main agronomic characters. The result indicated that the general combining ability(GCA) of both parents and the special combining ability(SCA) of maternal plants x paternal plants for all 8 characters were significant. The heredity for all parental characters and the utilization of the parent in heterosis breeding were analysed on the basis of the value of GCA effects and variance of SCA effects.
